Candidates whose career reflects a gap of
years between passing of the last
examination and the admission being sought
now by them, are required to furnish at the
time of application an affidavit to the
effect attested by the Magistrate Ist class
that they were not involved in any
offence / unlawful activities during the gay
years.
Lecturers shall be counted from the date of
the commencement of the academic session /
course.

Rules for
Withdrawal
|
| |
A candidate who wishes to leave the college must apply
in writing to the Principal and application must be
countersigned by her father or guardian. No student will
be permitted to leave the college until she has cleared
her college dues.
A student has to pay the college fees and all other dues
until her name is formally withdrawn.

|
Application on the
prescribed form, appended to the prospectus, should be
submitted to the college office after the declaration of
the result of the previous class only as per schedule
given below. |

|

Attested copy of the
certificate or provisional certificate of the last
examination passed by the candidate. |
|
|
|
Certificate for date of
birth, Matriculation Certificate. |
|
|
|
Passport size photograph;
pasted on the admission form. |
|
|
|
Character certificate from
the head of the institution last attended. |
|
|
|
In case of the student
belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and
Backward classes, certificate issued by the competent
authority to that effect. |
|
|
|
A certificate showing that
the student has not been disqualified by University /
Board / Board / Council. |
|

The candidate are admitted
on the basis of their merit / an interview conducted by
the college authority. The college reserve the right to
refuse admission to an applicant without any reason. |
|

|
An applicant whose result
declared late may seek admission without late fee within
10 days of the date on which the result is declared. |
|
| |
|
A student whose result of
+2 examination conducted by School Board is published
late, but not later than 10th August, may be admitted
without late fee within 15 working days of the
declaration of the result and her attendance will be
counted from the date of admission. |
|
| |
|
Foreign student would be
admitted only if they hold regular long-term Students'
Stay Visa alongwith the eligibility certificate. |
|

|
All admission made to the
collage are provisional and subject to approval of
Panjab University, Chandigarh. The college is not
responsible if the University does not approve of the
admission of a candidate due to any reason such as
making incorrect or incomplete statements, concealing
necessary information or submitting false or incorrect
documents etc. |

|
Candidate from the other
colleges affiliated to Panjab University can migrate by
seeking prior permission of the two principals after
obtaining a college leaving certificate from the
previous college.
Original Migration Certificate in case the candidate
is coming from other Universities / Boards / Councils /
Bodies along with the lower examination certificate must
be attached.
For migration from a college affiliated to Panjabi
University, Patiala, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar,
Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Maharishi Dayanand
University, Rohtak, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla
to this college, a student should submit following
certificate alongwith the application form :

A migration certificate
from the university concerned. |
|
|
|
The lower examination pass
certificate and the result of house examination taken;
if any. |
|
|
|
Lecture statement from the
college she migrates from, if during the session.
|
|
| |
|
Migration of a student
from a professional college to this college and a
vice-verse is not permissible. |
|
| |
|
A migration fee of Rs. 170
and eligibility fee of Rs. 90 shall be charged from
every student coming from another university.
|
|
| |
|
Migration will not be
permitted if the combination of offered by the student
does not tally with the combination of the subjects
allowed in this college. |
|
| |
|
Mid-term migration from
any other university is not allowed. |
|
| |
|
Migration shall not be
allowed after the expiry of the last date for receipt of
Admission Forms of the Annual Examination without late
fee. |
|
| |
|
When the migration of a
student has been allowed, she must join the college
within 15 days, otherwise her migration shall be
considered as cancel. |
|
| |
|
Original Migration
Certificate in case the candidate is coming from other
Universities / Boards / Councils / Bodies along with the
original lower examination certificate must be attached. |
|
| |
|
The college is entitled to
the tuition fee for the month in which migration is
sanction and the college to which she migrates is not
entitled to charge fee for the fraction of that month.
