We aim to build holistic personalities with moral fiber of the kind that can withstand the vicissiluctes of our socio-culture environment and emerge a winner.  Accessibility -  MCM is always sensitive to the problems of its students. They can approach The teachers, Directly walk into the Principal's office and speak to her, Through grievance redressal box, Through the student council which will consist of  members duly elected by students of MCM DAV College for Women.

Various students support services are available to groom our students into conscientious member of society which primarily include the following :

Geetanjali
The helpline is available to the students facing emotional, Psychological or social problem. This helps to tackle peculiar problem in a girls college (Hostel and family, peer pressure and problems of concentration and attendance in class). The identities of students seeking help is kept confidential.

Legal Literacy Club
Women empowerment does not become meaningful without law on its side. The college became the first college ever in the city to launch a Legal Literacy Club.

Grievance Cell
The cell helps in direct communication of the students with the Management. Locked boxes are kept in the college and hostel through which students can communicate their grievances.

Character Building Cell
The cell looks after the moral well-being of young students. The students visits old-age homes, participates in hawans and are engagged in several social outreach activities.

Health Care Unit
The unit, constantly regulates the health related problems of the students. The college provides the services of a general physician, a gynecologist and a skin specialist. A dental care unit has also been setup. Medical card of each student is also maintained.

Placement Cell
The cell aims at providing students with information and guidance regarding various career option. The college has its own employment exchange that acts a link between the students and a job providers.
